Order Tracking

Shipping Address

  • Wooora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation with the courier company is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@wooora.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photographs of the item and packaging along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund once the issue is verified.
